Complex Care
"Don't only give your care, but give your heart as well."
What is Complex Care?
Complex care is tailored to meet your needs where you are, to enable you to be independent, and to embrace life to its fullest potential.
Our Specialist Support Services
We provide focused support for people who have complex care requirements. Often people have a number of specific challenges that require specialist support which then lead to additional staffing support such as 2:1 or 3:1 day or night. As well as specific support for a particular condition this can also be compounded through behaviour that challenges. We provide small teams of staff to work exclusively with individual people in their own homes and assist them to integrate as fully as possible within their communities. Our services are designed to be as person-centred as possible and are monitored and reviewed on a regular basis.

We are able to provide the following types of support (this list is not exhaustive):

• Personal care
• Personal support for daily activities
• Supporting people to undertake activities in the community including attending for appointments
• Helping with support in the home
• Assisting people with their daily responsibilities such as cooking and light domestic chores
• Support with handling money
