Location: St Austell, St Dennis
Pay: £33,800 per annum
Hours: Full-time - 37.5 Hours

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operation of the supported living service, ensuring the safe, effective and smooth running of the bungalow and four self-contained compartments

To provide strong leadership, guidance, and supervision to the care team, promoting high standards of care and professional practice

To deliver and oversee person-centred support, empowering individuals with complex care needs to live as independently as possible at home and within the community

Work closely with the management team to support the successful opening, development, and ongoing management of the supported living home.

Ensure staffing, support plans, and care delivery are tailored to individual needs, including managing both 2:1 and 1:! support arrangements for service users
