The former Boscawen Hotel has been thoughtfully transformed into a beautiful four-unit supported living accommodation, designed to provide individuals with the opportunity to live as independently as possible while remaining connected to their local community. This development reflects our ongoing commitment to creating safe, comfortable, and empowering environments for people with additional needs. The location offers a range of practical benefits for those who live there, including a local pharmacy directly opposite the property, a well-stocked convenience store, reliable public transport links, and ample parking for visitors and mobility vehicles.
Current layout in development
At Boscawen, our dedicated support teams will work alongside individuals to help them achieve their personal goals and maintain active, fulfilling lives. Support may include assistance with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping, as well as encouragement to participate in social, recreational, and outdoor activities within the community.
